Cancellation Policy

Everhome Concierge provides safe, reliable, and professional non-medical transportation services to help get to appointments, run errands, and attend social or family events. Our services are designed to support independence and well-being. We Offer • Local point-to-point transportation within a 30 km radius of Ottawa. • Transportation to medical appointments (non-medical support only). • Trips for errands, personal outings, or social engagements. • Other transportation needs on request. • Services may be provided by Everhome Concierge or approved third-party providers. Booking & Scheduling • Book at least 48 hours in advance. • Requests under 48 hours must be made by phone and are subject to availability. • You can reschedule online up to 48 hours in advance; later changes require a phone call. • Provide all necessary details: pickup/drop-off locations, date and time, duration, and any mobility considerations. Cancellations • Provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees. Pricing & Fees • Rates are hourly or flat-rate depending on the service. • Additional charges apply for parking, or other similar on-the-day expenses. • If your ride goes beyond the scheduled time, extra fees apply in 30-minute increments. • All fees will be listed in your confirmation and on your final invoice. Safety & Conduct • Drivers are licensed, trained, and background-checked. • Vehicles are insured, clean, and well-maintained. • We do not provide medical care or special-needs vehicles. • Clients must follow safety instructions and treat staff respectfully. • Service may be terminated if unsafe or disruptive behavior occurs; fees may still apply. Client Responsibility • Ensure you are physically and cognitively able to travel without medical supervision. • Inform us of any mobility needs in advance. • Clients or caregivers are responsible for belongings and personal safety.
